By downloading, installing, or using fitchy ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
fitchy is an AI-powered fashion discovery platform that allows you to:
Fitchy may offer paid subscription plans in addition to free features. The available paid plans are presented in the app with their applicable prices, features, usage limits and billing periods.
Current paid plans, offered on a weekly billing period (US App Store prices; other countries follow App Store regional pricing), are:
Prices may vary by country, currency, taxes, App Store or Google Play pricing rules, promotions, platform fees or other factors. Before you complete a purchase, the applicable price, billing period, usage limits and subscription terms will be displayed on the purchase screen.
Paid plans include a credit allowance ("looks") used by AI features such as scans, virtual try-ons and Studio renders. The credit amount included in each plan, and the credit cost of each action, are displayed in the app and may be updated as features evolve.
Unused plan credits expire at the end of the current billing period and do not roll over or convert to any monetary value. Fitchy may grant one-time bonus credits (for example on a first subscription); such bonuses are promotional, one-time and non-repeatable unless stated otherwise.
Fitchy may offer one-time credit packs as consumable in-app purchases. Credits purchased in a pack do not expire at the end of a billing period and remain on your account until used. Credit packs may be offered only to active subscribers.
Credits — whether included in a plan or purchased in a pack — have no cash value, are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for money and are consumed in the order determined by the service (plan credits first, then purchased credits). Refunds for consumable purchases are subject to the rules of the App Store, Google Play or the applicable payment provider.
Live Fit is a real-time try-on feature. Unlike scans and virtual try-ons, it is measured in minutes of session time, not in credits or looks. Using Live Fit does not consume plan credits or looks, and credits or looks cannot be converted into Live Fit minutes.
Every new account may receive a one-time short free trial of Live Fit. Its length is shown in the app before a session starts.
Live Fit minutes may be offered as one-time consumable in-app purchases. Purchased minutes do not expire at the end of a billing period and remain on your account until used. A paid plan may also include a periodic Live Fit allowance; the applicable amount is shown in the app.
A Live Fit session requires camera access and a network connection, and is billed by the session time actually used. Session length may be limited per session and per period; the applicable limits are shown in the app before and during a session. Live Fit availability may depend on your device, operating system version and app version.
Paid subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled before the renewal date. The renewal fee will be charged through your App Store, Google Play or applicable payment provider account.
You may cancel your subscription before the renewal date through your App Store, Google Play or applicable payment provider account. Fitchy may provide an in-app link to help you manage your subscription.
If you cancel your subscription, you may continue to access the paid features until the end of your current paid billing period. Cancellation does not automatically result in a refund for previous subscription fees or unused portions of the current billing period.
For purchases made through the App Store or Google Play, refund requests are subject to the refund rules and procedures of the relevant platform. Fitchy may assist with refund-related questions where permitted by platform rules.
For purchases made through the web or another direct payment provider, the refund terms displayed at the time of purchase and applicable consumer protection laws will apply.
Fitchy may offer free trials, discounts or promotional subscription offers from time to time. If a free trial automatically converts into a paid subscription at the end of the trial period, this will be disclosed on the purchase screen before you subscribe.
You may cancel before the end of the trial period to avoid being charged, subject to the rules of the applicable platform or payment provider.
Paid plans (Fitchy Max and Fitchy Ultra) may include premium features, AI generation credits ("looks") shared by virtual try-ons, scans and Studio renders, Live Fit time, priority processing, quality upgrades or other benefits.
Some features may be subject to technical limits, availability, abuse prevention, platform rules, service provider limits and fair use restrictions.
Features described as "unlimited" or similar may still be subject to fair use restrictions in cases of abuse, automation, account sharing, resale, excessive system load, security risks or service provider capacity limits.
Fitchy may change subscription prices, plan names, features, usage limits or billing periods in the future. Where required, existing subscribers will be notified of price or plan changes in accordance with applicable platform rules and law.
If you do not agree to a price or plan change, you may cancel your subscription before the renewal date.
Deleting your Fitchy account does not automatically cancel a subscription started through the App Store, Google Play or another payment provider. You must separately cancel your subscription through the relevant platform or payment provider account.
If you subscribed through the App Store or Google Play, you may be able to restore your purchases using the "Restore" option in the app, subject to the rules of the relevant platform.
Prices may include or exclude applicable taxes depending on your country, platform and payment provider. Any applicable taxes will be displayed or charged in accordance with the rules of the relevant platform or payment provider.
If you purchase a subscription through the App Store or Google Play, your purchase may also be subject to Apple's or Google's applicable terms, payment rules, cancellation rules and refund policies.
Fitchy has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behavior. By using Fitchy you agree not to post, upload, or share objectionable content, and not to engage in abusive behavior toward other users. This includes the conduct below and everything described in our Community Guidelines, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
You can report objectionable content or abusive users from posts, comments, profiles, and messages, and you can block any user. We review reports and act on objectionable content — including removing content and removing users — within 24 hours. We may remove content and suspend or permanently terminate accounts that violate these Terms or the Community Guidelines.

The fitchy name, logo, design, and AI technology are the intellectual property of Fitchy Teknoloji ve Yazılım A.Ş. You may not use our trademarks without written permission.
fitchy is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fitchy Teknoloji ve Yazılım A.Ş. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
We may suspend or terminate your account for violating these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be notified 14 days in advance.
