Fitchy is a community for fashion, style, and self-expression. To keep Fitchy a safe and welcoming place for everyone, all users must follow these Community Guidelines. By using Fitchy, you agree to these rules. We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behavior.

If you see content or behavior that breaks these rules, please report it. You can also block any user. We review reports and take action — including removing content and removing users — within 24 hours.

What's not allowed

1. Nudity and sexual content

• No pornography, sexually explicit images, or sexual content.
• No nudity or content intended to be sexually suggestive.
• No content that sexualizes minors in any way. This results in an immediate permanent ban and may be reported to authorities.

2. Harassment and bullying

• No targeting, threatening, intimidating, or demeaning other users.
• No hate speech or attacks based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or any protected characteristic.
• No encouraging others to harass someone.

3. Violence and dangerous content

• No threats of violence or content that promotes or glorifies violence.
• No content promoting self-harm, suicide, or eating disorders.
• No content promoting dangerous or illegal activities.

4. Impersonation and deception

• Don't impersonate other people, brands, or Fitchy itself.
• Don't create fake accounts to deceive or manipulate others.
• Don't use someone else's photos or identity without permission.

5. Other people's images and privacy

• Only upload images you have the right to use.
• Don't upload photos of other people without their consent.
• Don't share other people's private or personal information.

6. Intellectual property

• Don't post content that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark, or other rights.
• Only share content you own or have permission to share.

7. Spam and manipulation

• No spam, scams, or misleading content.
• No artificially inflating engagement, follows, or activity.
• No bots or automated abuse.

8. Illegal content and activity

• No content that is illegal or promotes illegal activity.
• No sale of illegal, regulated, or dangerous goods.

How we enforce these rules

When content or a user is reported, or when we otherwise detect a violation, we may:

• Remove the content.
• Issue a warning.
• Restrict, suspend, or permanently remove the account.
• Where required by law, report the matter to relevant authorities.

We aim to review reports and act on objectionable content within 24 hours.

Reporting and blocking

Report: If you see content or behavior that violates these guidelines, use the Report option available on posts, comments, profiles, and messages. Tell us the reason so we can review it quickly.

Block: You can block any user at any time. When you block someone, you will no longer see their content and they will no longer be able to interact with you.

We take every report seriously and review them promptly.

Changes

We may update these Community Guidelines from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will update the date above and may notify you in the app.
