This Privacy Policy explains how Fitchy Teknoloji ve Yazılım A.Ş. ("Fitchy", "Company", "we", "us" or "our") collects, uses, stores, shares and protects personal data when you use the Fitchy mobile application, website and related services.
Fitchy is an AI-powered fashion and social application that provides virtual try-on, outfit analysis, style recommendations, product matching, wardrobe features and social sharing. In order to provide these features, Fitchy may process images you upload, including face, body, outfit, clothing and similar visual content, and may share such data with certain third-party service providers.

We may process the following categories of personal data:
When you upload face, body, outfit, clothing or similar images to Fitchy, we may process such images to provide virtual try-on, outfit analysis, image generation, style recommendations, product matching, content safety, age range checks and display of results in your account.
These images may, in some cases, involve sensitive personal data or biometric data risks. Fitchy does not use facial recognition to identify you, authenticate you, compare you against other users or create a permanent faceprint or face template for identity recognition.
Fitchy may use automated image analysis tools to temporarily detect facial, body or visual attributes such as age range, content safety, image quality or public figure/celebrity match. Fitchy does not create, store or use faceprints, face templates, face collections or biometric identifiers for identity recognition. Fitchy does not use facial analysis to identify you or compare you against other users.
Fitchy does not use your uploaded photos to train its own AI models.
What face data we collect: Fitchy collects photos and videos that you choose to upload, which may contain your face (for example base photos for virtual try-on, outfit photos and profile pictures). Fitchy does not collect, create, store or use faceprints, facial templates, facial geometry measurements, face collections or any other persistent biometric identifiers.
How face data is used: Uploaded images that contain your face are used only to provide the features you request: virtual try-on rendering, outfit analysis, image generation, style recommendations, content safety checks, age range checks and display of results in your account. Automated analysis of facial or body attributes is temporary and is never used to identify you, authenticate you, or compare you against other users. Your photos are not used to train Fitchy's own AI models and are not sold.
Who face data is shared with: Images you upload (including images containing your face) are shared, only to the extent necessary to provide the requested feature and with your explicit consent, with the service providers named in Section 6. Face data is not shared with anyone outside that list, and is never shared for advertising or marketing purposes.
Where face data is stored: Uploaded and generated images are stored on Cloudflare R2 cloud storage on servers that may be located in the United States and the European Economic Area. Temporary processing copies held by the AI providers listed above are used to produce the requested result and are subject to those providers' own limited-time retention and abuse-monitoring policies; under our configurations and agreements, these providers do not use your images to train their models.
How long face data is retained: Images containing your face are retained until you delete the relevant photo or result in the app or delete your account. If you withdraw your photo-processing consent, Fitchy immediately stops all further processing and third-party transmission of your images; previously uploaded images remain stored in your account until you delete them or delete your account. Fitchy's own temporary processing copies are deleted as soon as reasonably possible after the result is produced; service providers may retain processing copies for a limited period under their security and abuse-monitoring policies described in their own documentation. After account deletion, images are removed from our systems and from backups in accordance with Section 8 (Data Retention).
How you can delete face data: You can delete individual photos and results in the app, withdraw your photo-processing consent in Settings → Privacy (which stops all new face data processing), or delete your account entirely in Settings, which removes your uploaded images.

We may process personal data based on performance of a contract, explicit consent, legal obligations and legitimate interests where applicable, in accordance with the data protection laws that apply to you — including the GDPR and UK GDPR for users in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, and the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK") where applicable.
Processing of face, body, outfit, clothing and similar images for virtual try-on and AI processing is based on your explicit consent. You may withdraw your explicit consent at any time through the app settings.
Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal. After withdrawal, Fitchy will stop the relevant photo and AI processing activities and delete or anonymize the data for which there is no other legal basis for retention.
Fitchy uses third-party service providers to operate and improve its services. We may share personal data with the following categories of service providers:

The following providers process technical, usage and error data, not your photos: Sentry (error monitoring), PostHog (product analytics), Railway Corp. and Vercel Inc. (application hosting), Cloudflare, Inc. (content delivery and bot protection) and Resend, Inc. (transactional email, which processes your email address). Payment and subscription data is processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play and RevenueCat (subscription management).
These service providers may process photos, images, technical data, usage data or error logs only to the extent necessary to provide the relevant service, maintain security, troubleshoot errors, prevent abuse or comply with legal obligations.
Where possible, Fitchy applies technical settings and contractual safeguards intended to prevent service providers from using user images for model training or their own independent purposes.
Our service providers may be located in different countries, including the United States and the European Economic Area. Therefore, your personal data may be transferred to and processed in countries other than the country where you are located.
International transfers may be carried out based on explicit consent, standard contractual clauses, data processing agreements, appropriate safeguards or other mechanisms permitted under applicable data protection laws.
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.

Fitchy is not intended for individuals under the age of 16. We ask users to confirm their age during registration.
If we learn that a person under the age of 16 has created an account or uploaded photos, we will take reasonable steps to delete the account and related personal data.
Our website or app may use cookies, SDKs and similar technologies. Where required by applicable law, we will request separate consent for non-essential analytics, advertising or tracking technologies.
Error monitoring and analytics services may process usage, performance and error data. Where possible, we apply personal data masking, limited retention periods and sensitive data filtering for such services.
If California privacy laws apply to you, you may have additional rights, including the right to know, access, delete, correct and opt out of certain sales or sharing of personal information.
Fitchy does not sell user photos for money. If we use technologies that may be considered "sharing" personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising under applicable California law, we will provide the required notice and opt-out mechanism.
We use technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal data. These may include access controls, encryption, authentication, secure connections, logging, data minimization and service provider security reviews.
No online service can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and notifying us if you believe your account has been compromised.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we may notify you through the app, by email or by other appropriate means. The effective date of the latest version appears at the top of this Privacy Policy.
